On 17 November in Varna Zeus Beauty Academy will organize a seminar for barbers and hairdressers during which we will talk about the basics: working with short hair and properly doing a weave, working with long hair and working with a beard. The seminar will be built on the Look And Learn principle, where the speakers will explain the theoretical part demonstrating everything on models.
The story of this seminar comes from our regular in-house training sessions at Zeus Barbershop. As time went on, more and more hairdressers and barbers were interested in these training sessions and were asking for the opportunity to attend. That’s why we decided to organize a bigger event and invite everyone who wants to join!

On Seminar on men’s haircutting and beard shaping for beginners barbers and hairdressers. Level 1 we will look at and demonstrate:
- Fast, clear and simple algorithm for fade clipping. We’ll go over the different types of fades, how to choose the right one for your client’s head shape and hair type, and helpful tips for achieving a quality and fast result.
- Working with medium length hair. You’ll learn how to choose the right shape and style of haircut to suit the client’s hair type and head shape.
- Shaping and styling a beard. We’ll analyze beard types and you’ll learn how to shape and style a beard, even without a barber chair. You will learn how to create a look that fits the individual features and needs of the client.
- Practical tips for working with clients. You’ll get valuable guidance on how to build trust and improve communication with your customers, leading to higher satisfaction and more regular customers.

Ivan Klyubko is the head barber at Zeus Barbershop and a teacher at Zeus Beauty Academy with over 10 years of experience in the industry. He began his career in barbering in 2013 in Alma-Ata, after which he graduated from Pivot Point International School. In 2016, Ivan moved to Varna where he took the position of Head Barber at a well-known barbershop and later founded his own place offering high quality beard trimming and shaping services.
Ivan is known for his innovative techniques and creativity, especially in beard grooming and men’s haircuts. As a lecturer at Zeus Beauty Academy, he actively trains new barbers, sharing his knowledge and experience. Ivan strives to inspire his students to develop their skills and provide clients with a unique experience.
